By creating an account or using PeptideOS (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using PeptideOS, you confirm you meet these requirements.

PeptideOS is an information and self-tracking tool. Content within the Service — including dosing references, peptide information, and calculators — is provided for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment. You are solely responsible for decisions you make about your own health.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

• PeptideOS Pro is a one-time $197 lifetime purchase — there are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase).
• Prices and features may change for new purchases. Material changes will be communicated in advance and do not affect access already granted.
• Payments are processed by PsiFi. Payment details are never stored on our servers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without permission.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to other persons.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and educational content, is owned by PeptideOS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time from settings.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce particular health outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideOS and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

You agree to indemnify and hold PeptideOS harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
