Refund Policy

PeptideOS Pro is a one-time $197 lifetime purchase. If it isn't the right fit, you can request a refund within the window below and we'll make it right.

New Pro Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. Just email us and we'll process it.

After 14 days, the Lifetime purchase is non-refundable since it's a one-time payment intended to last indefinitely. If something went wrong, reach out anyway — we'll consider exceptions in good faith.

Email support@trypeptideos.com from the address on your account. Include your order date and a short note about why — it helps us improve. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than the chargeback process. Accounts with disputed chargebacks may be suspended pending review.
